Rental Rates
Our rates vary according to the season and are as follows:

October 15 – May 30 $120 per night (3 night minimum stay)
(High Season) $600 per week

June 01- September 31 $100 per night (3 night minimum stay)
(Soft Season) $550 per week

• All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• All rates are for 2 persons. Additional persons $25 per night
• Children by advance agreement.

Deposits
There is a $150 refundable deposit and a $35 one-time cleaning fee per unit. I also ask for a photocopy of your valid drivers licence and credit card. These copies can either be returned to you or destroyed after you leave the unit in good order.
