Refunds

Our refund policy is that if cancellation notice is given no later than 30 days from arrival date you can either:

• Obtain a full credit for another available rental period
• Take a cash refund less $100 for banking and re-renting costs.

Should you have to cancel within 30 days of your arrival date we will do our best to re-rent the condo. If we are successful in renting your dates, we will refund all but $100 of your money if we are unable to find a renter we will be unable to refund your money.
