variety of activities in Los Cabos means trying new sports is easy
and fun. Some of these activities include: Beaches
Los Cabos is blessed with numerous beautiful beaches in and out
of town. Most have strong tides and signs on the beaches designate
the level of safety. Santa Marie and Chileano beach are very safe
for swimming & snorkeling because they are bays and are sheltered
fromt he tides.

Fishing
The world class fishing area of Gordo banks is just down the road
near Playita (Beach) Road. If game fishing is your sport, charter
a boat and see if you can catch the elusive great Marlin. Start

Diving
The coastline abounds with great diving locations for divers of
all experience levels. These spots include Anegada, Lands End, the
Blow Hole and Sand Falls, from these sites, you can see, tropical
fish, shipwrecks, caves, reefs and sand falls.
Snorkeling
Snorkelling is possible at certain dive sites and at Santa Maria
and Chileano beaches.
Kayaking, Jet skis and water sports
The waters around Los Cabos are ideal for sea kayaking and kayaks
and jet skis can be hired from El Medana beach. Other water sports
such as windsurfing and parasailing are also offered.
Sailing
There are a number of opportunities for boating and sailing and
regular sailing, snorkelling tours as well as sunset/booze crises
leave from the nearby marina.
Eco Trips
One of the popular Eco trips in the winter is whale spotting. Boat
trips leave from the marina to see the California Grey whales, which
make their way from the Bearing Sea in Alaska to the warmer waters
off Southern Baga California.
Eco tours into the surrounding area can be organised
or closer to home bird watching and hiking are popular pastimes.
